Web cams and nude images
Thursday, June 19th, 2008We need to teach students about the possible danger of web cams – sending nude images to peers without understanding the possible implications that these images could be forwarded or permanently posted online.
I believe that this is the latest form of cyber bullying.

I am interested in keeping the internet safe for children. I do not believe in blocking internet access but I do think that students need to be supervised and that education about cyber safety needs to be started at a young age. Students need to be taught how to evaluate information or should I say misinformation that appears on the web. They need to learn about cyber bullying, stalking,fraud, identity theft, scams and be made aware of the devastating consequences of this type of behaviour.
